Basing themselves on the latest technological developments, innovative materials research and application-technical repair and processing techniques, the systematics of our service offerings are on the highest level.

This relates to the work carried out on site in rotor service, such as repairs, and in particular the composite fibre technologies used in the complex reconstructions of rotor blades. Also for the area of rotor optimization, with new technologies mass conditioned and static rotor blade imbalances as well as blade angle malpositions are today correctable.

The high qualification of our employees in all specialist areas is based on established schooling and advanced education activities. Thereby, in addition to our own craft personnel, employees from outside companies are also trained to become qualified service personnel for the wind energy sector. Internal manufacturer-orientated qualification measures round off the training programme. In regular safety training sessions, our fitter team is conditioned by specialists.

The commercial and technical management personnel are recruited from leading positions in business and industry. Our qualified professionals for repowering had also been successfully active in the wind energy business before their commitment to our company.

Following the strict guidelines of Germanischer Lloyd Wind, all works carried out with material certification and documentation are recorded in detail. This means for our customers complete certified safety without compromise. Our independent appraisals are equally recognised by manufacturers, insurance companies and building authorities.
