Internal manufacturer-orientated qualification measures round off the training programme. In regular safety training sessions, our fitter team is conditioned by specialists.

The commercial and technical management personnel are recruited from leading positions in business and industry. Our qualified professionals for repowering had also been successfully active in the wind energy business before their commitment to our company.
