Tower and engine house cleaning and an intact surface coating are the guarantees for long life and value retention.
The tower and engine house require, as with all system components, value-preserving and function-securing care. The soiling resulting from normal operation, possibly occurring mould infestation or oil contamination of the tower and engine house make cleaning essential.
Extensive cleaning tasks should also be carried out as part of a needed fire damage restoration. With this, we take care of the interior and exterior cleaning of the engine house and tower. We check the corrosion protection and layer thicknesses of the paintwork.
Effectively protected in a secure future.
The tower flange and external tower connections, particularly exposed to environmental influences on the abutting edges, need to be examined and repaired if necessary. The tower flange, highly endangered from rust, is effectively provided with a special permanently elastic protective coating against the ingress of moisture.
Tower paintworks often reveal massive damage, despite patches of highly stable coatings. In addition to defective surface treatment, mechanical damage and environmental factors could be the cause. After removing the corrosion, the surfaces to be treated are coated with proven and high performance paint systems. (For example, with the 2K System from Hempel).
All cleaning and consumable materials are collected at the foundation level and disposed of properly. Here the environment is also taken into account in every detail.
